Founding offer terms
Effective August 11, 2026
The offer
The SaaS Pricing Decision Sprint Founding Edition is a one-time $750 digital information product for qualified operators of live, self-serve B2B software. It includes the seven-day self-guided sprint, workbook and templates, future revisions to this edition, and one founding group decision clinic. It is not an advisory engagement, custom pricing study, or promise of increased revenue.
Qualification and capacity
The offer is limited to ten founding seats. It is intended for a founder, CEO, product leader, or growth leader with paying customers, observable customer or revenue evidence, and a live price, package, usage, or paywall decision due within 90 days. Artisan Strategies may refund and decline an enrollment that materially falls outside those criteria.
Minimum enrollment and opening date
Enrollment closes September 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time. The edition requires five paid, qualified founders and is planned to open September 8, 2026. If the minimum is not reached by the close, Artisan Strategies will initiate a full refund to the original payment method within two business days. Stripe and the buyer’s bank control the time required for the credit to appear.
Seven-day value guarantee
After access opens, a buyer may request a full refund by emailing joe@artisangrowthstrategies.com no later than 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time seven calendar days after the access email is sent. The request does not require a sales call or retention conversation. The guarantee applies once per buyer and ends after that window.
Delivery and buyer responsibilities
Buyers receive a receipt through Stripe, complete the founder intake, and receive the opening update and access instructions by email. Buyers are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used at checkout and for keeping confidential customer data, credentials, and raw exports inside their own systems. Do not submit personal customer data through the intake.
License and sharing
Purchase grants the buyer and the buyer’s current company a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials internally. Materials may not be resold, publicly posted, copied into another paid product, or shared outside that company without written permission. The buyer retains ownership of the company information and decision artifacts they create.
Results and professional advice
Pricing decisions involve commercial risk. The sprint is educational and decision-support material, not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Examples and anonymized advisory evidence illustrate a process; they do not guarantee conversion, revenue, retention, or profitability.
Changes or cancellation by Artisan Strategies
If Artisan Strategies cancels the edition or cannot provide the material benefit purchased, affected buyers receive a full refund. Minor schedule or delivery changes may be made when reasonably necessary; a material delay will be communicated with a refund option.
Privacy and general terms
The product-specific privacy notice explains data handling. These terms supplement the general Artisan Strategies Terms of Service. If these terms conflict about this founding offer’s price, enrollment minimum, delivery, or refund promise, these product-specific terms control.
